A masterplan and architectural design for a therapeutic campus woven into the banks of the Bronx River, where healing and landscape are treated as a single design problem. An elevated network of ramped walkways lifts circulation above the site, threading between "nest-style" residential clusters, therapy buildings, and an educational wing while leaving the ground plane free for gardens, ponds, and a cascading waterfall feature. Recovery is supported by a full ecosystem of amenities — outdoor gym and yoga platforms, a fruit and vegetable garden, a pool and amphitheater, kayaking access, and elevated green islands housing a restaurant and coffee shop — creating a campus where daily movement through nature becomes part of the therapeutic program itself.
